Bill drove his boat and cooked for the troops...as well as coordinating the whole event.
Weather was very windy, keeping boats inshore, but small is OK on a bad day!
Getting some quiet time on the water.
Rough water and tough conditions make for some great stories! Some of the trooops with gifts.
